They did not disappoint the next day. Everything flowed seamlessly from the service setup through the hot beverage and bar services plus hors d' oeuvres through the spectacular dinner. One look at the buffet made me realize what a delight we were to have. I had many people tell me directly or indirectly how amazing the food was, Not only was it appealing to the eye but it was wonderfully flavoured and piping hot! I hardly dared to expect a real roast turkey but you delivered the best. Everyone commented on the decadent desserts - how great it was to have homemade ones not bakery bought items.
